We stand behind authorized work
Wade's Plumbing & Septic documents the scope of work, installed equipment, and applicable warranty terms on the estimate or invoice. Coverage depends on the service, materials, system condition, and manufacturer.
Workmanship coverage
If a problem is caused by our covered workmanship, contact the office with the service address and original invoice. The team will review the work, schedule an evaluation, and explain the next step.
Warranty coverage does not normally include unrelated failures, abuse, freezing, flooding, power problems, prohibited drain use, lack of required maintenance, concealed pre-existing damage, or work altered by another party.
Manufacturer warranties
Water heaters, pumps, fixtures, controls, treatment equipment, and other products may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Product coverage, replacement parts, labor allowances, registration requirements, and claim procedures are controlled by that manufacturer.
Customer-supplied equipment
When a customer supplies a fixture or appliance, the customer remains responsible for product compatibility, missing or defective parts, and manufacturer warranty claims. Wade's can provide a separate estimate for labor required to remove or replace a failed customer-supplied product.
